Associate Attorney Candidate will work in Plaintiffs side personal injury. Must understand CCP and have excellent writing and communication skills. Must demonstrate a passion for litigation and be willing to develop their skills to master jury trials. Must be able to propound and respond to discovery; must be able to send meet and confer letters and file motions if needed. Bonus points if have taken depositions and argued motions in court and or done trials. 1-3+ years experience is plus.
