General Liability (Litigation Defense) Attorney The candidate will provide litigation defense (State and Federal) to institutional clients and smaller businesses in a wide range of industries. Prior litigation defense experience is required. Should be highly motivated, have excellent writing skills, and have a genuine interest in growing a national practice. Minimum requirements for this position: credentials from ABA approved law school, currently licensed by Kansas and/or Missouri State Bar.
