Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of litigation experience in a big or mid-size law firm and will support and work on a variety of complex matters in both state and federal court, including commercial and business litigation, intellectual property/patent/trademark litigation, and labor and employment litigation, among others. Should have excellent oral and written advocacy skills. Experience with hearings, depositions, drafting discovery, motion practice, and client communication are needed. and strong academic credentials and work ethic.
