Experienced Immigration Paralegal The candidate should be experienced, smart, a self-starter, dedicated, congenial, passionate, independent and capable of working under minimal to moderate supervision. Must be detail-oriented, have good verbal and written communication skills. Should have experience in Immigration law is a MUST. Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in handling all aspects of family-based immigration petitions & applications, deportation and removal proceedings & submission to the Immigration Court. Must also have experience in employment-based petitions to USCIS and DOL. Should have compensation commensurate with experience.
