Real Estate Paralegal/Closer The candidate must have 5+ years experience in residential real estate. Recent experience should include opening files, ordering and reviewing lien searches, title commitments and surveys, communicating with clients and referral sources, completing title insurance requirements for closing, preparing all closing documents and coordinating closings with clients. Must be detail oriented and have strong client service skills.
