Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will handle duties and responsibilities include: Daily case management; Reviewing police reports, supplemental reports, medical records, insurance policies, etc.; Preparation of settlement distributions and allocations; Enter plaintiff and defendant insurance acknowledgments into CMS; Review and organize medical bills and records; Make follow up calls to clients as appropriate; and other duties as assigned. Associates Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred. Personal injury experience preferred. Must possess strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail. Experience in legal research required. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
