Legal Secretary The candidate will be tracking and organizing ongoing attorney workflow. Will be formatting and finalizing documents for clients. Filing documents with various administrative agencies and courts. Proofreading; calendaring appointments, hearing dates, and miscellaneous due dates. Entering/tracking attorney time. New client cold-call intakes. Making travel arrangements. Organization of electronic files. Preparing letters, memos, handbooks, PowerPoint presentations, etc. Scanning, copying and organizing documents. Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail. Organizing and stocking kitchen. Providing backup support for other secretaries. Running errands as needed. Should have 5+ years of heavy computer-word processing and formatting experience in Word, strong attention to detail, as well as demonstrated multi-tasking expertise. Experience with generating TOC is needed. Editing, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; punctuality and dependability; ability to prioritize efficiently is needed. Excellent organization and communication skill is needed. Should have 80+ wpm typing skills.
