Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for caseload of non-immigrant and immigrant petition, including H-1B, TN, O-1 and L-1 non-immigrant visas, as well as PERM/Labor Certification I-140 preference categories and I-140 Immigrant Petitions for Multinational Managers/Executives, DS-160 and DS-260 and Adjustment of Status. Must have Bachelor's Degree or PL certificate from ABA approved program and 3-5 years of U.S. corporate immigration experience working with non-immigrant and immigrant categories as mentioned above. MS Office, Excel and Immigration related client management software. Experience monitoring a full caseload, and responding to RFEs required.
