Employment Law Attorney The candidate must have 2 years of experience in Employment Law. Should be intimately familiar with the Code of Civil Procedure, and have experience handling a case from inception through trial, including case evaluation, status reports, discovery, depositions, law and motion, etc. Excellent communication, research and writing skills are required. Experience in drafting various forms of motions and pleadings is needed. All work must be drafted in conformance with appropriate federal, state, and/or local court rules. Will also be responsible for assisting the Workers' Compensation department attorneys including attending depositions and court appearances. Must be a California licensed attorney in good standing.
