Litigation Attorney The candidate' must have Litigation experience, required. We re looking for someone who can handle unlawful detainer/eviction cases from start to finish. Real estate experience is a definite plus, as is creditor representation, and a bit of bankruptcy. We would love someone with experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and research. An interest in marketing is necessary.
