Legal Secretary The candidate will be responsible for answering telephones, ordering supplies, greeting clients and vendors, calendaring, preparing and mailing correspondence, assisting with preparation of motions and other pleadings for filing, interaction with courts and opposing counsel, scheduling meetings, and assisting with new client intake and billing. Will join a global law firm with a variety of practice areas, including corporate, litigation, M&A, SEC compliance, real estate, and others. Must have legal secretary experience, be friendly, self-motivated, professional and approachable. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook.
