Clerkship experience is strongly preferred. Experience in commercial litigation, including responsibility for pleadings, motions and discovery, is required. Experience in consumer class action is preferred. Requirements also include excellent academic credentials; oral advocacy and writing skills; references; and active membership, in good standing, of the California Bar.
