Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist in personal injury cases including working with potential clients, conducting research, and obtaining and organizing medical records. Obtain medical records and bills. Compile medical records and billing summaries. Assist with case management. Organize and electronically file pleadings. Coordinate and schedule calendars. Should have 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal. Should feel comfortable scheduling, being meticulously organized, and working with injured people, including survivors of sexual assault.
