Disability Attorney The candidate will handle disability hearings. Will provide legal advice to clients and prepare for and present at disability hearings before Administrative Law Judges. Legal writing is an important part of the job, at the ALJ and Appeals Council levels. Should have a J.D. degree. Must have 1+ year of Social Security Disability Law experience. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time is needed.
