Pre-litigation Legal Assistant / Paralegal The candidate will manage the day-to-day critical tasks on cases, from Intake to Litigation. Should preferably have 1+ years Personal Injury plaintiff experience. Experience in conducting Intake interviews with new clients are needed. Experience with liens, including liens associated with ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and workers compensation is required. Experience with complex, high volume cases are needed. Experience with case management system is required.
