Personal Injury Attorney Candidate will handle all aspects of litigation, from drafting complaints to trial. Will include: Draft and respond to discovery. Take and defend depositions. Draft motions and oppositions. Argue law and motion. Negotiate and mediate settlements. Arbitrate and take cases to trial. Must have 3+ years of litigation experience in a personal injury law firm and have first chaired at least one trial.
