Staff Attorney - Patent Litigation, EE/CS Candidate will primarily conduct prior art searches and analysis, prepare claim construction and invalidity charts, and work with technical experts. Must have an electrical engineering or computer science background or equivalent experience. Must be admitted to practice and active and in good standing in California. Excellent written, oral, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must. 3+ years of patent litigation experience is required.
