Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: Drafting and revising legal documents, agreements, discovery, pleadings, and correspondence; Proof-reading documents; Preparing TOAs and TOCs accurately; Filing documents with state courts by messenger or electronic filing and communicating with court staff; Managing attorneys' Outlook calendars and scheduling meetings/depositions/ conferences, as required; Preparing Judicial Council forms; Entering attorneys times, when requested, into the billing system; Maintaining physical and electronic client files; Contacting clients for information needed and/or working with clients to prepare financial disclosures or discovery-related issues; and Other administrative tasks, as needed. High School Diploma or GED required. College completion a plus. Paralegal certificate required. Experience of 2+ years as a Paralegal strongly preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Possessing a strong background in litigation, including mastery of state court filing procedures with solid e-filing experience, strongly preferred. Prior experience with family law strongly preferred.
