Immigration Attorney The candidate' duties include: motion practice, legal research and drafting, review of applications, assessment of removal defense options, immigration downtown and detention center et cetera. The minimum requirements for the Associate Attorney role at our Colorado Springs office are: active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction and at least one year of experience in legal document drafting and research, with a strong command of Microsoft Word. However, the ideal candidate must have some Spanish language ability (preferred), and be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and should have some experience in immigration.
