Litigation Paralegal/Plaintiff Personal Injury The candidate will handle personal injury cases. Will work on drafting legal documents to include correspondence, pleadings and discovery. Administrative duties including filing, scanning, calendaring and organizing files. Data entry into case management system. Trial preparation. Communication with client, court and defense counsel personnel. Should have 3-5 years of civil litigation paralegal experience, preferably personal injury. Experience with Needles case management/document management software is preferred. Should have strong written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills; Ability to prioritize tasks is essential. Must have a high school diploma.
