Seeking Litigation Attorney with 3+ years' experience. Candidate must have familiarity with all aspects of civil litigation including drafting complaints, propounding and responding to discovery, and motion practice. Must have superior, research, writing and oral advocacy skills and have graduated in the top 1/2 of their class, with either law review and/or moot court experience. Judicial clerkship is highly preferred. Should be capable of working both independently and as part of a team and should be diligent, motivated, detail-oriented, and capable problem solvers committed to producing superior work product.
