Immigration Attorney The candidate will be assigned to work on Immigration cases: Removal Proceedings, Naturalization, Residency, and Deferred Action. Must have 2+ years of experience with experience in Immigration law. Should have diverse litigation experience to conduct consultations, develop client relations, as well as managing a caseload. Pre-trial suppression hearings and trial experience is required. Should be admitted to the New York State Bar. Spanish speaking skills are needed.
