Immigration Attorney The candidate will make appearances in immigration court at Master Calendars and Individual Hearings (as necessary). Make appearances at immigration interviews. Draft briefs in support of asylum applications, VAWA applications, and for immigration court. Research applicable law to provide answers to consultation questions. Prepare applications and petitions for clients with diligence and attention to detail. The candidate should have 1+ year of experience in immigration. Must have JD degree and be admitted to practice in the United States. Fluency in Arabic or Spanish preferred.
