Associate Attorney - Litigation The candidate will be responsible for Initial pre-filing case work-up under the direction of the supervising attorney; Client meetings; Drafting complaints; Propounding and responding to discovery; Taking and defending depositions; Conducting case related investigation; Law and motion work; Trial prep. Work. Must have an excellent academic background with a high law school class ranking, excellent multitasking and organizational skills, an ability to work with and report to others, and, above all, must be detail oriented with a commitment to excellence. 1-3 years of employment litigation experience is preferred. The right candidate must also have a demonstrated interest in civil rights law, litigation, and a drive to fight for the underrepresented. Some litigation experience is needed. California Bar Membership is required.
