Immigration Paralegal The candidate Must have experience in the following areas: Immigrant/Non-immigrant Visas; Adjustment of Status; Naturalization; Work permits; TPS; DACA; RFE; Removal Proceedings; Bond Hearings; Cancellation of Removal Proceedings; Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal; Waivers; EB-5 and H-1B. Should have 2+ years of immigration experience, and must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision. Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
