Health Law Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of relevant experience dealing with Federal and New York State health law regulatory issues (such as the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, the False Claims Act, similar state laws fraud and abuse and licensure issues) as well as transactional matters (such as preparation, review and negotiation of contracts and corporate documents for healthcare providers). Stellar academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required. Experience in non-profit and tax exemption issues, administrative proceedings, or in reimbursement/compliance issues for health systems, hospitals, long term care providers, managed care organizations, or medical groups is a plus.
