Patent Agent The candidate must have a technical degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent fields, and 2+ years of recent preparation and prosecution experience with software-related technologies. Must require minimal training. Patent examiner experience or prior job experience as a software developer are a plus. Experience with analog circuitry patents is a big plus. Must have a technical degree in Computer Science, SW Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a similar field, and 2-6 years of recent preparation and prosecution experience. Patent examiner experience or prior job experience as an SW developer or electrical engineer are also a plus.
