Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will draft pleadings, discovery, demands and other legal documents. Will coordinate, assemble and prepare documents for use in legal proceedings. Meet with clients, when necessary. Perform other related duties as required. Must have 5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation matters. Fluency in Spanish a plus. Strong writing and legal research skills, including Lexis, are required. Knowledge of local, state and federal court rules and filing procedures is essential. Should be computer literate and adaptability to new computer software/programs. Must be proficient in Salesforce, Netdocs and MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
