Corporate/Transactional Paralegal The candidate will provide general corporate legal support, formation of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, and file management. Will assist in closing corporate and commercial transactions including agreements, certificates, and other documents. Broad working knowledge or willingness to learn multiple areas of business-related law, including real estate transactions and estate planning. Should have Paralegal certificate. Must have 5+ years of experience. Transactional work, corporate work, estate planning or real estate work experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe needed. Wealth Docs experience is a plus.
