Corporate Associate Attorney The candidate will work for the Corporate and Business Practice Group. This position will be responsible for handling general corporate legal matters including mergers and acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, governance and compliance issues, and other business transactions. Must be admitted to practice in New York State, possess strong drafting, negotiation, and technical skills, and be motivated self-starters who take ownership of their projects. Should be a bright individual who is a team player with a strong work ethic, enthusiasm for providing excellent client service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
