Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare H-1B, L-1, TN, E1/E2, E-3, P-1, O-1 and other nonimmigrant petitions and applications; Prepare immigrant/permanent resident processes filings including PERM labor certifications; Perform case intake, analyze case documents, and draft correspondences, and/or memos/summaries; Maintains a positive contact with clients and observes confidentiality of client matters; Maintain and organize client documentation, monitor workload and production; Communicate regularly with clients and foreign nationals regarding case filings; Monitor expiration dates and prepare case status reports for clients using case management systems and programs; Support the DW Immigration Group with other assigned tasks and projects, as needed; Use INSZoom or LawLogix Case Management System. Must have a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or paralegal certification is preferred. Should have approximately 2+ years as business immigration paralegal experience. Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Tracker and a document management system. Should have strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals.
