Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: Representing an insurance company in a fraud case in New York federal court involving hundreds of millions of dollars in losses; Representing a receiver for a China-based company in a Hong Kong arbitration involving over $130 million in claims; Representing high-net worth individuals in a New York state court action involving fraud in wine-related events; Prosecuting a lawsuit in Delaware federal court against a publicly traded Chinese wealth management firm arising from fraud relating to stock purchase transaction; Global enforcement of a $300 million judgment against a high net worth individual. Active member of the New York State Bar required. Should have 2+ years of litigation experience.
