Real Estate Paralegal - residential closings The candidate to do pre and post-closing processing. Will be able to multi-task and be able to use Softpro, Title Express or similar closing software. Prepare documents needed for purchase, sale and refinance closings. Candidate will have contact with buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders, HOAs and work closely with the closing attorney(s). Also must be able to order title abstracts as well as do title commitments and title policies. Must have prior real estate closing experience, pass a background check and previous employer reference will be needed before hire.
