Immigration Paralegal Candidate will be administering full-range of employment-based petitions and applications, including E, H, L and J visas, PERM, I-140 immigrant petitions (EB-1, 2, and 3), administering family-based green card applications, coordinating naturalization applications, and thorough management of high volume caseload. Must have related Bachelors degree, 5+ years of business and family immigration experience including case management, independent Initiative and team spirit, impeccable writing skills, strong relationship management skills, ability to handle high volume and diverse caseload, and excellent organizational skills.
