Attorney The candidate will work on community association (HOA and condo) and residential real estate practice. Will work on representing associations with governance document amendments, covenant and restriction violations, collection of dues and assessments, litigation, board/annual meeting controversies, and residential real estate closings. Licensing in both North Carolina and South Carolina is required. Strong written and interpersonal communications required, including the ability to speak to audiences. Past experience with litigation, residential real estate closings, and working with HOA s/condos preferred.
