Associate Immigration Attorney The candidate will be working on all immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters, including: H-1B, E, F-1, L-1, O-1, TN, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, I-140, I-485. Will draft, and respond to complex RFE s and NOID s issued by the USCIS. Provide solutions and explain complex immigration concepts to clients. Responding to and assisting clients with various I-9 Audits and E-Verify issues. Primary point of contact for multiple clients. Interaction with firm clients through daily client consultations. Writing employment-based immigration articles. Supervising interns and paralegals as needed. Must have JD degree and Active License to Practice Law (any State). Should have 1+ year of Employment/Business based immigration experience. Ability to analyze the eligibility requirements for Employment/Business visas is needed.
