Paralegal - Immigration The candidate will prepare waivers, family-based immigration cases and some business-based immigration cases. Will have significant client interaction and case responsibility. Paralegal certificate or Bachelor s degree (any field) preferred. Must have 1+ year of experience as a paralegal, preferably in immigration law. Must be fluent in speaking and writing Spanish. Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills essential. Computer proficiency needed.
