Associate Attorney The candidate will attend court hearings and USCIS interviews, writing affidavits, briefs, motions, and appeals. Must have 1 year of immigration experience in removal proceedings, U visas, SIJ, VAWA, inadmissibility and provisional waivers, asylum, adjustment of status, naturalization, consular process, cancellation of removal (42B and 42A). Must be fluent in Spanish, detail-oriented, excellent writing, and communication skills; able to keep track of deadlines and work with numerous files. With a client-first philosophy, a friendly, amicable client-facing demeanor is a must.
