Attorney The candidate will work on matters involving cutting-edge technologies and legal issues demanded by a broad range of innovative individuals and companies. Duties will involve all phases of global patent practice, including preparation, prosecution, licensing, client counseling and litigation. Should have excellent academic credentials. J.D. degree from an accredited law school is required. Must be actively licensed as an attorney in an appropriate U.S. jurisdiction. Should have 2-3 years of experience in analog and integrated circuit design, simulation, and manufacture including a deep understanding of the characteristics of all analog circuit active and passive electrical devices and components, e.g., transistors, diodes, resistors, optoelectronics, and sensors and associated passive electrical components, interconnection technologies, packaging. Must have Analog/Circuit Design experience. Technical background is a plus. Strong oral communication and writing skills are preferable.
