Employment Attorney The candidate will defend wage and hour, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, and discrimination claims and lawsuits. Will handle a variety of transactional employment matters including negotiating and drafting employment related documents; and counsel clients regarding employment issues. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience. Must preferably have experience handling both individual claims, as well as class action and PAGA actions. Must be a current member of the California Bar in good standing.
