Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will manage client case files. This will include providing excellent service and organizational skills to ensure our clients are receiving the best outcome for their case. 3+ years Personal Injury plaintiff experience is preferred. Experience with drafting expert witness designations, voir dire instructions, motions, pre-trial scheduling orders, complaints, subpoenas and subpoenas duces tecum is plus. Experience in liens associated with ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and workers compensation is desired. Experience in filing pleadings in state and federal courts, court of appeals, Supreme Court is plus. Experience with complex, high volume cases is desired. Experience with case management system is ideal.
