Financial Industries Paralegal The candidate will support substantive legal division processes by performing key job functions such as reviewing and drafting loan documents, certificates, title commitments, merger and acquisition documents and correspondence with minimal attorney supervision. Obtain and review UCC filings and Certificates of Good Standing. Prepare for and coordinate loan closings including monitoring and following up on outstanding items. Review title insurance and surveys for commercial transactions and prepare title commitments. Perform due diligence and assemble due diligence documents. Other research and requests as needed. Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, Legal Studies or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired and/or Certification as a Paralegal is required. Should have 3-5 years of work experience as a paralegal. Experience with real estate sales, asset sales, commercial loan transactions, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate and security transactions is preferred.
