Litigation Paralegal And Corporate Paralegal The candidate should have at least 3-5 years law firm experience. Big law experience a plus. Should have experience in civil litigation, heavy trial, and state and federal court filings. Must have experience in corporate and real estate matters, including entity formation, dissolution, and drafting entity formality documents (including minutes, bylaws, state and federal filings), Knowledge of relevant California corporate law required. Will assist attorneys in finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, diligence review, preparation of schedules and exhibits. Should have experience with securities, franchise registration filings and/or real estate transactions a plus. Comfortable working in a busy environment and multi-tasking, including reporting to multiple partners.
