Defense Litigation Paralegal Candidate with a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an ABA approved organization or a bachelor s degree is also required. Must possess 3-5 years experience in insurance defense work, worker s compensation work, billing, strong communication and writing skills and ability to work independently. Must have experience with Delaware courts case filings and service. Experience with medical records, drafting petitions, preparing complaints required. Ability to perform research through LexisNexis is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
