Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 3-4 years experience as a paralegal. Must have Bachelors Degree. Substantial litigation experience is required. Labor and Employment Law Experience Preferred. Knowledge of E-Filing Procedures in State and Federal Courts is a must. Duties: Drafting complaints and other pleadings; Preparing documents, declarations, and exhibits for attorneys; Propounding and responding to Discovery; E-Filing and Court Filing.
