Junior to Mid-Level IP Litigation Attorney - Trial & Appellate Group Candidate will receive hands-on training and mentoring from our directors, who are committed to providing new associates with meaningful opportunities and experiences. Will work with world-class litigators, and collaborate on litigation matters with our patent prosecutors to combine technical depth with legal breadth. Qualifications: Must have obtained a JD degree from an accredited law school and be actively licensed as an attorney in an appropriate U.S. jurisdiction. If not currently licensed in D.C., must be eligible to waive into the D.C. Bar, or be willing and eligible to sit for the D.C. Bar exam. Excellent academic credentials. Undergraduate degree in a STEM major preferred. Strong writing and communication skills. 2-3 years of intellectual property litigation experience. District Court or Court of Appeals clerkship experience preferred. Patent bar preferred.
