Corporate Counsel Level Attorney (Cap Markets and M&A) The candidate must have general corporate experience with emerging companies and IPOs, including both Capital Markets and M&A. Should preferably have a range of experience typical for Capital Markets practice, including securities offerings and assisting public companies with reporting obligations, have experience with M&A, including experience with public and private company transactions. Superior academic credentials, strong communication skills, and supervisory or management experience required.
