Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will reports to Trial Attorney. Extensive client contact. Drafting correspondence, discovery, and other litigation related documents. Document production. Correspondence with medical offices. Schedule deposition. Assists with trial preparation. Maintain calendars. Create and/or maintain meticulous records, spreadsheets, and files. Settlement breakdowns. Meet deadlines. Responsible for managing the day-to-day legal casework. Other related tasks as assigned. Must have 5+ years of significant personal injury experience. Must have experience in handling all aspects of the litigation process; from intake through trial preparation. High level of attention to detail in writing is required; proofreading or editing skill set is a plus. Must have ability to manage deadlines with multiple priorities, work under pressure, and appropriately handle confidential information. Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of personnel in the firm to include clients. Impeccable judgment, discretion, respect, and integrity is required. Must appreciate high volume in a fast paced environment. Candidate must have the necessary experience to immediately work with in cases of moderate severity and complexity.
