Personal Injury Paralegal Duties: Manage a large caseload of cases, including injury claims from beginning to mediation, arbitration and trial preparation. Finally, quality customer service through communication with clients regarding updates and questions is a trait that we look for in hiring for the position. Will have a heavy concentration in personal injury claims and workers compensation claims. Qualifications: Must have 3+ years experience with litigation support for personal injury and workers compensation claims and one who is always looking to learn more and grow along with the firm. Position requires good customer service and friendly, compassionate client contact, efficiency and attention to detail. Must be capable and comfortable working without supervision. Self-starters and candidates that thrive working in a small team environment are encouraged to apply. Requires good customer service and friendly, compassionate client contact. 1 year previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a immigration law, personal injury or workers compensation law office.
