Commercial Real Estate Staff Attorney The candidate should have has experience with commercial real estate transactions, is well-versed in title, survey, zoning, and lease review, can independently review and analyze complex real estate and corporate due diligence, and has proficiency maintaining checklists and drafting basic real estate documents. Must have law firm experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, and outstanding academic credentials. Candidates must have a juries doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's bar. Please include law school transcripts with submissions. Must have a minimum of 2 two years of experience to join.
